Take a Hike Day

​Save the Date: After a two-year hiatus, the 13th Annual Take a Hike Day will be held on Thursday, June 16. The fun begins in front of Building 1, starting with a warm-up at 11:45 am and a walk, roll and run around the NIH perimeter beginning promptly at 12:00 pm. This year's event will be held on campus only. For additional information please contact Mr. Chris Gaines, Program Manager, Fitness and Wellbeing Program.

If you haven't heard, the fitness centers are now open. Building 53 on the main campus and Rockledge 2 off campus. The Building 31 fitness center is currently under construction.
