Rockledge II Conference Facility Available for Use

Events Management Branch announces the conference facility at Rockledge II is available for use! The newly renovated conference facility boasts a welcoming reception area and up to 10 conference rooms equipped to provide all your event needs. Have a quick side conversation at any one of our unique huddle spaces around the perimeter of the 2nd floor conference rooms; two of which are outfitted with a panoramic camera, monitor and laptop connections. Take in the view and re-charge in the break area while preparing for the next meeting.

Each of the first two floors provide enough meeting space for any number of configurations to include classroom, theater, conference, square and U-shape styles. The largest conference room on the 1st floor is over 2700 square feet and there are four combinable rooms on the 2nd floor totaling 2600 square feet, which provide multiple seating layout configurations.




Every conference room in the building was designed with all your conference solutions in mind. Do you plan on conducting hybrid meetings with some attendees in person and others virtually? Each of our conference rooms provide the flexibility you need for a successful meeting such as Teams and Zoom conferencing capabilities and HD cameras to cover multiple angles. All rooms are equipped with large 86"- 98" monitors and come with an assortment of wireless microphones, including some that are built into the ceiling for your convenience. Last but certainly not least are the beautifully crafted lecterns, which provide a variety of connections for presenters.
