  1. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) customers can currently sign up for Informed Delivery, free at the USPS website. Informed delivery® allows USPS home customers to:

  3.  Preview incoming Mail – View the address side of letter-sized mail pieces which have been scanned by USPS automated sorting machines

  4. Track Packages – Check the delivery status of packages and view estimated time of arrival

  5. Delivery Instructions – Leave delivery instructions in the event you won't be home to accept the package

  6. Schedule Redelivery – In the event the customer misses a delivery attempt

  7. Manage Notifications – Set up email and/or text notifications to automatically track the delivery status of your packages

  8. Sign up for USPS Electronic Signature Online®, which allows customers to sign for their parcels, which then permits USPS personnel to deliver the customer's package without capturing a physical signature at the delivery point

Informed Delivery® is available for most addresses in the USA
Informed Delivery® can be accessed via your home computer by browser or via your cellphone by downloading the USPS Mobile® app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
