This is a two-year training program hosted by the Division of Occupational Health and Safety and focuses on biosafety practices and procedures, risk assessment processes, risk mitigation methodology, and other relevant topics related to the safety field. This experiential program plays a critical role in providing a training opportunity to the future biosafety professionals that may have oversight for laboratories performing research funded by the NIH.
