Still Time to Purchase Lab Equipment during FY17

Need to purchase new lab equipment and/or instruments before the end of Fiscal Year 2017? The Division of Scientific Equipment and Instrumentation Services (DSEIS) has extended the acquisition deadline!

DSEIS has set up an interim purchase process that allows the NIH intramural community more time to purchase lab equipment on the New Equipment Sales (NES) pricelist before FY17 ends. The DSEIS Interim Purchase Process is available from August 7 to close of business on September 11, 2017.

For details, the NES pricelist and Interim NES Order Form, visit: http://dseis.od.nih.gov.

Keep these important dates in mind:

August 7 through September 11, 2017: Use the DSEIS Interim NES Purchase Process to acquire new equipment on the NES pricelist for your lab.

After September 11: No new lab equipment may be purchased through DSEIS until FY18.

Please note: Due to heavy volume of orders during the end-of-fiscal-year rush, delivery of your new lab equipment may take up to 8 weeks. We ask for your patience as DSEIS staff work diligently to process the influx of orders.
