As observed by many employees, guests and visitors on our campus, the availability of parking spaces has been affected by the ongoing construction projects. Specifically, two multi-level parking garages (MLPs), namely 10 and 7, are experiencing significant impacts.

The MLPs are currently undergoing essential structural, waterproofing and plumbing repairs to enhance their safety for future use. Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS) is analyzing each affected area as the project progresses to ensure a balanced distribution of handicapped and general parking spaces, maintaining equity throughout each construction phase.

Anticipated completion dates for these renovations are set for MLP 10 on December 20, 2024 and MLP 7 on September 18, 2024. In the interim, DATS is actively reorganizing reserved parking spaces around the garage to ensure that those impacted will still have access to available spaces.
