The NIH Library is pleased to offer Contactless Pickup for Print Materials and Interlibrary Loans. Note: Contactless pickup service is now available for print/physical materials only. Requested items that are available online will still be delivered electronically. Turnaround time may exceed 5 business days.
How

- Receive email notification when materials are ready for pickup
- Pick up materials at the NIH Library in Building 10
Where
- Pick up: NIH Library main entrance (lobby inside the Library), Building 10
- Return: NIH Library book drop, Building 10 hallway between the south entrance and the NIH Library
When
- Pick up: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10:00 am‒3:00 pm
- Holidays: Pickup service will not be available the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Return: Book drop is available 24/7
