Contactless Pickup Now Available at the NIH Library

The NIH Library is pleased to offer Contactless Pickup for Print Materials and Interlibrary Loans. Note: Contactless pickup service is now available for print/physical materials only. Requested items that are available online will still be delivered electronically. Turnaround time may exceed 5 business days.

How

  1. Request print materials: https://nihlibrary.ors.nih.gov/illiad/
  2. Receive email notification when materials are ready for pickup
  3. Pick up materials at the NIH Library in Building 10

Where

  • Pick up: NIH Library main entrance (lobby inside the Library), Building 10
  • Return: NIH Library book drop, Building 10 hallway between the south entrance and the NIH Library

When

  • Pick up: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10:00 am‒3:00 pm
  • Holidays: Pickup service will not be available the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • Return: Book drop is available 24/7
