The Events Management Branch announces the conference facility at 6001 Executive Blvd will open this summer! The newly renovated conference facility is conveniently located next to the Pike & Rose shopping district and boasts a welcoming reception area and up to 12 available conference rooms equipped for all your meeting needs. Grab a snack at the concession area and come back and lounge on our comfortable sofas during breaks!
The entire 10,000 sq ft first floor was designed to meet your meeting requirements. Utilize the largest combinable four rooms and still have multiple rooms available to be used for break-out sessions. Take advantage of the four coffee machines and other utilities in our open and clean catering space.
Each conference room in the facility is equipped with multiple 98" monitors, screens and cameras. The flexibility of the technology allows hybrid meetings to be conducted with ease. Take in all the natural light with windows in all but two rooms.
