“Spring Into Wellness” with ORS and OHR

Your success at work and home is dependent on several diverse and interrelated factors, from how well your finances are manage,d to a strong social network, to taking care of your physical and mental health. “Spring into Wellness” is a collection of ORS- and OHR-sponsored well-being related activities that run from April 15 – June 26. The events center around​ the five tenets of well-being: Community, Social, Career, Physical and Financial.
